CHINA/CONNECTED.

China-based support / start anywhere

One contact for what you need done in China.

Source a product, check a supplier, inspect production, visit a factory, develop a sample, or explain a practical task that does not fit a standard category. You do not need to arrive with the perfect brief.

Fixed quotes for any practical China-side task — scope and price agreed in writing before work starts. See all published prices ↗

Best for: overseas buyers, founders, brands, and small teams that need a capable person on the China side—without building a full local team or knowing every provider category in advance.

Start with the outcome, not the label

China-side problems often cross boundaries. A sourcing question may become a supplier check. A supplier check may need a factory visit. A factory visit may reveal packaging, sampling, translation, or coordination work that nobody planned for.

You can bring the whole situation. The first step is to separate what you need, what can be verified, what depends on third parties, and what should happen next.

What I can help with

  • Find and compare products: clarify a product brief, research options, compare quotes, and coordinate samples.
  • Verify a supplier: check identity, company and factory claims, product fit, communication, and visible red flags.
  • Inspect production: agree acceptance criteria and document findings before balance payment or shipment.
  • Visit a factory or attend a meeting: on-the-ground observation, interpretation, supplier meetings, and follow-up.
  • Develop a product: compare approaches, coordinate samples, and keep decisions moving across language and distance.
  • Coordinate another practical brief: local research, supplier follow-up, trade show support, errands, or a well-defined task that does not fit the list.

Useful requests are specific enough to act on

“Can you help in China?” is enough to start a conversation, but a useful scope eventually needs a result. Examples include:

  • Find three credible suppliers for this specification and explain the differences.
  • Check whether this company is a factory, trader, or mixed operation before I pay.
  • Attend this meeting, ask the agreed questions, and send me a clear written summary.
  • Visit the production site and document whether the order matches the approved sample.
  • Compare these two samples and coordinate the changes needed for the next round.
  • Help me understand what is happening in this supplier conversation before I respond.

What the first reply can cover

  1. Fit: whether the request is something I can handle directly or through an appropriate partner.
  2. Information: the minimum details needed to make the brief actionable.
  3. Practicality: likely timing, travel, access, language, and third-party constraints.
  4. Commercial basis: whether the next step is a fixed project, day rate, success fee, or simple referral.

Clear boundaries are part of the service

I can coordinate, ask better questions, gather evidence, visit places, and help you make sense of the China side. I do not pretend that every request is possible or that one person can replace a whole professional team.

Legal advice, laboratory testing, product certification, customs treatment, regulated engineering, and other specialist work should be handled by qualified providers. Where those inputs matter, I can help identify the question and coordinate the practical work around them.

Questions buyers usually ask

Can I ask about something that is not listed?

Yes. Describe the result you need and what is blocking you. I will tell you whether it can be handled directly, needs more information, or should go to a specialist.

Do I need a complete specification?

No. A link, image, supplier message, or clear outcome is enough to begin. A complete brief can be built together.

Can you support every city in China?

Remote work has fewer location limits. Physical visits depend on the city, travel time, access, availability, and cost. Confirm the city and date early.

How are fees agreed?

Chargeable work begins only after the scope and commercial basis are clear. Depending on the request, that may be a fixed project fee, day rate, agreed success fee, or separately quoted third-party cost.

You do not need to know exactly who to ask.

Tell me the outcome you want or the situation that is stuck. The first reply will make the next step clearer.
