Project inquiries

When you submit the project form, the information is sent directly to the service operator, stored in a private inquiry log, and used to send an internal notification and a confirmation email. You may also be offered a fallback that prepares an email draft if the form service is unavailable.

Website private messages

Website private messages are stored in a private server inbox so that the operator can read and reply to the conversation. The website keeps a conversation reference and access credential in your browser's local storage so you can return to the same thread. If you provide a valid email address, the operator may email you a secure conversation link and a reminder when a reply is waiting. The access credential is included in the link's fragment, which is not sent to the server when the page loads; anyone with that complete link may be able to view the conversation, so please keep it private.

WeChat, WhatsApp, and email

The WeChat entry asks you to copy the displayed number and continue in the WeChat app. WhatsApp and email links open those third-party services. Information you send through them is handled under their own terms and privacy notices. This website does not receive messages that you only send inside WeChat or WhatsApp.

Local storage
